FAQs

Find answers to common questions about working together, from requesting a quote and project timelines to file formats, revisions, and delivery.

Presentations of 10–15 slides are usually delivered within 5–8 working days, depending on the complexity of the content and level of detail. For larger presentations, the timeline will be discussed and agreed before the project is confirmed.

Yes, subject to availability and the size and scope of the project. Rush delivery within 48 to 72 hours is available for presentations of up to 15 slides and carries a 50% rush fee.

For larger projects, get in touch and I'll confirm the fastest realistic timeline.

Presentation design pricing is based on the total number of slides, not the subject matter itself. Because the design effort scales with slide volume, I can accurately price a project using the estimated slide count and deadline alone.

Many clients are also unable to share content upfront due to confidentiality. This approach allows you to get clear cost visibility first, without needing to disclose sensitive information.

Once the quote is approved and the project is confirmed, I’ll review the content during the discovery and strategy phase to ensure the design fully supports your message and goals.

You’ll need to supply your content in PowerPoint or Word format, along with your logo and brand guidelines. If no style guide is available, your website or existing brand material will be used as reference.

You may share examples or references of work that you like, or I can propose a suitable visual direction aligned with your goals.

MC Design Studio focuses exclusively on presentation design, not content creation or copywriting. I advise on visual hierarchy, slide flow and layout best practices, but I do not generate, edit or rewrite presentation content.

That said, I do partner with content strategists and copywriters who can assist with this work on request and at additional cost. You would brief and receive a quote from them, and I would then work with them to achieve your required outcome.

Two rounds of revisions are included in every quote, so the price you approve is the price you pay. You can see where they fall in my process.

Costs are only reviewed if the scope changes significantly during the project, for example if the slide count increases substantially or new content is added. Any change is flagged and agreed with you before work continues, so there are no surprises on your invoice.

You’ll receive a fully editable PowerPoint (.pptx) file, so your team can update text, data and images after delivery. A PDF version can also be supplied on request.

I design in PowerPoint only. This keeps your presentation fully editable, consistent across devices and compatible with Microsoft 365, which most businesses already use.

Yes. Everything you share is treated as strictly confidential and used only for your project. I’m happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before you send any material.

No. Any stock images used in your presentation are included at no extra charge.

These images are licensed for use in your presentation only. If you’d like to use them elsewhere, for example in your branding, website or marketing material, you’ll need to license them directly from the stock provider.

A 50% deposit is required before work commences. The remaining balance is payable upon project completion.
